Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Rosemary is an incredibly versatile perennial herb that you can find in nearly every kitchen. Used for flavouring salts, breads, meats, vegetables - Rosemary can do it all. The leaves are definitive and needle-like, sticking out from long silvery shoots. The leaves can be harvested and used fresh, or dried and saved for later. This herb does not perform well in colder temperatures and will not tolerate frost. However, Rosemary works great in raised garden beds and can be kept alive indoors.
