Grown for centuries in Europe and popular as a fragrant lemon-like balm. Drying the leaves and flowers makes a nice tea that aids in digestion and calmness. Plants are sturdy reaching 16-20 inches and loaded with pretty bright blue flowers that attract a wide range of pollinators! Best blooms are in full sun to partial shade.
