Yellowstone Carrot (Daucus carota var. sativus) - We have grown this deep yellow coloured variety for several years and it is definitely one of the easiest to grow and earliest to finish. Roots are 6–8" long, tops are vigorous and sturdy aiding in quick establishment. Nice uniformity with slightly blunt tipped roots.

Growing Information: Sow carrot seeds in a furrow 1/4 inch deep and 1 inch apart. Thin after germination to 2 inches apart. Sow any empty spaces throughout the year. Keep rows 12-18 inches apart.
