Early Fuchsia Morning Glory (Ipomoea purpurea) - One of our earliest blooming morning glories, the dark pink-magenta coloured flowers greet us with the sunrise each morning from July - November. This is a heavy producer of 2-3 inch flowers. A stunning floral centrepiece for any garden. The original parent/seed source comes from the meticulous arboretum of a Bed & Breakfast Inn near Sherbrooke, Quebec. I could not resist and collected a healthy hand full on a sunny October morning of 2018. Flower colour can vary slightly depending on soil type and environmental conditions. The flower colour of the original source was closer to a magenta hue. We have seen this on our plants during the cooler months of fall.
