Planting Instructions: Direct seed ¼ inch deep in well-drained soil and thin seedlings to 4–6 inches apart. Arugula can be sown every three weeks for a continuous harvest, spring plantings until early June, and again in September. Ideal soil temperatures for germination are 4–12°C. Regular harvesting encourages new growth and keeps plants productive.
