Dmytro’s Ukrainian Dill (Anethum graveolens) This is an old growing variety of dill shared amongst the Byrka families when they first arrived in Canada in the early 1900’s. It’s origins are traced to the province of Galicia in the western Ukraine. It has been grown in our family since that time. This particular seed selection has been sourced from a group of plants growing on the original farm behind what was left of Grandpa ‘Dmytro’ Byrka’s tractor shed. Stressing the plant via heat or drought improves its flavor. If you intend on using dill in pickling, plant dill and cucumbers at the same time.

75 seeds per packet $4.45
