Gigante di Napoli Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) - Also known as Parsley Giant of Naples, this heirloom variety produces very large flat leaves on long, sturdy stalks. Originating from Naples, Italy, it is prized for its exceptional flavour. Plants are extremely cold-hardy and reliably overwinter in most regions. Here in Nova Scotia (Zone 5a), our plants have survived outdoors through winter with 100% success. Leaves regrow quickly after cutting, providing a continual harvest.
