Giant Prague Celeriac (Apium graveloens) This variety was introduced in 1871, and referenced in Vilmorin's Vegetable Garden publication of 1885. Giant Prague Celeriac forms a large round root tasting much like celery and parsley. Stores well when harvested in the fall. A popular choice to add in soups and stews as well as puree's.
