Black Envy Soybean (Glycine max) The initial seed source comes from The Bauta Family Initiative on Canadian Seed Security, which manages a seed bank in Atlantic Canada. Although there is little information on this soybean, we are convinced it is a selection from a black-seeded Korean heirloom. Plants are quite prolific and produce good yields of plump, black-seeded pods around 80 days and 100 days for dried beans.
