Blondkopfchen Cherry Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) - If you like cherry tomatoes, this one must be included in your garden planning! Blondkopfchen, or ‘Little Blond girl’ as it translates, is a German heirloom obtained from the Gatersleben Gene Bank by Seed Savers Exchange. This cherry tomato will flower profusely throughout the growing season. Small grape sized golden cherry fruits are formed in clusters of up to 30. Vines need room, so trellising will be necessary. The taste is remarkable, a super sweetness followed by a slight citrusy zing! A favourite snacking tomato of the 'Revival' grandchildren! Plants are regular leaf, indeterminate and highly disease resistant. Fruit is blemish free and not subject to cracking.
Indeterminate growth.
