Golden Sweet Snow Pea (Pisum sativum) Origins trace back to a market in India, these very tall 6 foot plants produce showy beautiful bi-coloured purple flowers and bright lemon-yellow pods. This is the only yellow edible podded pea we have grown and have been very impressed with its vigour and rich taste. Best eaten when small as a snow pea and a excellent choice in your favourite stir-fry. Seeds are light brown with purple speckling. Golden Sweet Snow Peas can also be dried and added to soups.

Planting Instructions:
Direct seed in early spring, 3 weeks ahead of last frost date. Pre-soak seeds overnight in warm water and sow 2-3 seeds, ¼ - ½” deep, 5-6 inches apart. Thin seedlings to 6 inches within the row.
