Sheepnose Pimento Pepper (Capsicum annuum) This Ohio Valley heirloom dates back to the early 1940's. A very sweet and flavourful tomato-type of pepper that is incredibly flavourful with juicy flesh. This is a solid and meaty mid-sized pepper that is great for canning. An excellent storage pepper as it keeps for an extended period when refrigerated. Plants are rigid and can withstand the weather elements. Fruits hang on in the worst of our Maritime winds!
