Golden Swedish Soybean (Glycine max) A Swedish heirloom originally bred in the 1940's by the late Dr. Sven Holmberg of Fiskeby, Norrköpping, Sweden. Can be used fresh as an edamame or allowed to mature and used dry. A highly nutritious soybean containing up to 40% protein, as well as being high in calcium, iron and vitamins A, B1, B12 and C. Plants are low maintenance and sturdy, growing 14-16" tall.

Planting Instructions: Sow seeds 1 inch deep with 3 inch spacing within rows during late spring or when soil temperature is at least 15-21 degrees Celsius. Wait to plant Soybean until soil temperature is 18-21 degrees Celsius.
