Arugula (Eruca sativa) Mediterranean in origin and also known as ‘Garden Rocket’ (Roquette), this heirloom green is a popular herb among gardens and prevalent in kitchens around the world. Arugula is loaded with vitamins and has great tangy flavour. The leaves of this herb can be continually harvested from the spring until the fall. Flowers bloom into a white showing of delicate petals. The great peppery taste of the leaves mix well in salads.

Planting Instructions:
Direct seed ¼ inch in well drained soils, thinning to 4-6 inches apart. Arugula can be sown every three weeks until early June and again in September. Ideal soil temp 4-12 degrees C.
