Cilantro [Coriander] (Coriandrum sativum) If you're looking for a herb to add depth of flavour and exciting spice to a dish, Coriander is a common go-to for many chefs. Used widely in Asian, North African, Middle Eastern, and European cuisine, this easy to grow herb can be used to amp up any dish. Also featured prominently in Mexican dishes as garnish and to add fresh taste to fish and meats, this herb is versatile in promoting flavour.

While often used interchangeably as Cilantro, Coriander refers to the edible seed of the plant. Cilantro is the leafy micro-green that grows from the seed. Both can be used to add flavour and spice.
