Cleota Pink (Solanum lycopersicum) - Highly prized by heirloom tomato gurus and collectors, this Tennessee family heirloom is well known for producing massive pink fruits on potato-leaf vines. An excellent pink beefsteak tomato with a notable sweet flavour, juicy flesh, and meaty texture. Contains very few seeds compared to most beefsteak varieties. The large fruits are somewhat similar to the Pink Brandywine tomato but ripen 7-10 days earlier. We also found that they produced and tasted much better under extreme heat conditions compared to Brandywine.
