Aan Tu Bai hua lu da dou Soybean

Aan Tu Bai hua lu da dou Soybean (Glycine max) A very nice edamame variety that produces sweet, firm, black pods containing two to three dark-green seeds with brown eyes on the saddle. The seeds dimple on their sides after they are dried. Plants grow 30-45 inches tall and are very sturdy, withstanding hurricane force winds!!!  Beans contain about 50% protein content and 18% oil.

Planting Instructions: Sow seeds 1 inch deep with 3 inch spacing within rows during late spring or when soil temperature is at least 15-21 degrees Celsius. Wait to plant Soybean until soil temperature is 18-21 degrees Celsius.
