Fizzy White Cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus) Another beautiful selection from the Gardens of Elsie Byrka of Morden, MB. These impressive 3–4 inch tufted white blooms tower on sturdy 3–4 foot stems and will dazzle as they sway in the breeze, drawing in honeybees all season long. Their uniquely pleated petals encircle a bright yellow centre, standing out brilliantly from a distance, even glowing softly under the moonlight.
An early summer bloomer that continues right up until frost, this variety makes a striking feature in any flower bed, whether used as a backdrop or central highlight. The long, elegant stems and cheerful blooms also make a delightful choice for wedding bouquets.
