Gigante di Napoli Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) Parsley Giant of Naples. An heirloom parsley with very large flat-leaves that are born on long sturdy stalks. Originating from Naples, Italy, this parsley is well noted for its incredible flavour. Plants are extremely cold hardy and overwinter in most areas. We have left our plant out in the open field here on the north Mountain of Nova Scotia (Zone 5a) with 100% overwintering survival. Leaves grow back quite quickly after cutting.
