Golden Margeruite (Kelwayi) (Anthemis tinctoria) - Native to the Mediterranean regions of Europe and Western Asia, Golden Marguerite is also known as Dyer’s Chamomile. This bright yellow, scented-leaved perennial adds warm golden-orange tones to textiles and the garden alike. It thrives in low-fertility soils, rocky areas, borders, and herb gardens. Slender foliage supports abundant yellow flowers that bloom throughout the summer.

Caution! Can be toxic to pets if ingested.

Growing Instructions: Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost or direct sow outdoors in spring. Sow seeds on the soil surface and press lightly, covering with a very thin layer of soil or vermiculite. Keep soil evenly moist and in bright light. Seeds typically germinate in 10–14 days at 18–20°C.

Harden off seedlings before transplanting outdoors after frost. Space plants 30–45 cm apart in full sun with well-drained soil. This long-blooming perennial thrives in dry, sunny conditions once established.
