Kalinka Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) - A very early, hardy heirloom from Belarus that matures quickly, making it a great choice for short seasons or cooler climates. Medium‑sized red fruits are borne in generous clusters of 3–9 and are excellent for early canning or processing. With a compact, determinate growth habit, Kalinka stops growing once fruit sets and produces a concentrated harvest, ideal for gardeners looking to enjoy tomato flavour early in the season.
Determinate growth.
50-55 days to maturity.
25 seeds per packet.
Planting Instructions: Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost. Sow seeds ¼ inch deep in warm soil. Transplant seedlings into 1" cells or 2" pots at the 1–2 leaf stage. Harden off plants for 4–5 days once the risk of frost has passed. Transplant outdoors when day and night temperatures consistently stay above 10°C.
