Siberian Wallflower (Cheiranthus allionii) - A stand out of the spring blooms, this species will light up your garden for miles. A very hardy biennial or soft perennial that grows 12-18 inches in height with striking orange flower clusters. Well adapted to a wide range of soils. Our local population of pollinators sure enjoy our stands of wallflowers. They are a perfect choice to help fill the June pollen gap! Our neighbours also grow these as cut flowers. Hardy to Zone 2b.

Planting Instructions: Requires cold stratification before seeding. (4-5 weeks of refrigeration.) Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow seeds 1/4" deep and cover with dome or plastic film until emergence. Can also be sown directly in early spring, spacing plants 10" apart. Seeds can be sown outdoors in the late fall to satisfy cold period required for spring germination.
