Mammoth Red Rock Cabbage (Brassica oleracea) An heirloom dating back to 1889. The only red cabbage carried by most seed companies until the late 1930’s. Yields 4 to 7 pounds, reddish-purple colour heads that have crisp texture and good flavour. This is a good keeper, packed with nutrition. Also, makes great coleslaw, or for use in salads and pickling.
