Pink-Fringed Ambrosia (Dianthus superbus) This rare perennial species dates back to the early 1800’s where it was formerly known as Superb Pink, most notably prized for its unique spicy fragrance. 16-24” plants produce clusters of ruffled, fringed 2-3” flowers of a gorgeous light pink. Attracts many species of bees, hummingbirds, birds and butterflies. We continue to add more plants every year for our pollinator population since first growing the plants in 2022. Deer also tend to avoid the plants. Great as a border or container species.
