Green Pac Choy (Brassica rapa) Also known as Chinese Cabbage, Pak Choi, and Bok Choy. A tender mild buttery flavour with succulent, dark green, uniform spoon-shaped upright leaves. Grows best in mild climates, but can tolerate some cold. It is easy to grow and takes little space in the garden. Pac choy are rich in vitamin K, C, and A, and in magnesium, calcium, manganese, potassium, and iron.
