Stan's Best Cherry Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Another wonderful tomato from Allan's collection at Cricket Corner Saskatchewan. This is another open pollinated work of Stanley Zubrowski of Prairie River, SK. These cherry tomatoes are quite vigorous, producing very sweet and juicy golf-ball sized red fruits. We have never grown such a large cherry type of tomato and were amazed at the amount of fruit and small degree of cracking on these 1.5" gems! Definitely worthy, especially if you like a bit more substance to your cherry tomatoes. Indeterminate vines that benefit from staking or trellising.
